Hal Danziger is the CTO at DNAinfo.com, where he leads product and technology for their award-winning neighborhood news web sites. Additionally, he is spearheading the development of a social network for neighborhoods, targeted to launch in April 2015.
Previously, Mr. Danziger was the VP of Product Management and Digital Platforms at Condé Nast, where he drove current and next generation product offerings across the fragmented device landscape, including Condé Nast’s web sites and digital magazines. Hal also drove cross-brand initiatives focused on community and social platforms, e-commerce, content management and content licensing.
Prior to joining Condé Nast, Danziger was the CTO at New York Magazine and Menupages, enabling the brands to move from a strong digital presence to a top digital presence, gathering numerous awards for it’s suite of web sites and mobile apps, and helping to build a profitable digital business.
Danziger has also held technology and product leadership roles at CBS and Cablevision, providing expertise in all areas of digital product and technology including advertising, content management, video and social.
Danziger received his Executive M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University and his B.S. in Computer Science at Stony Brook University.
