Kathleen Fitzpatrick is the Chief Information Officer of Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in New York, Kathleen is responsible for driving the firm’s overall technology strategy and providing leadership and support for the firm’s major IS initiatives.
She leverages her significant experience in key areas such as innovative systems architecture, client management platforms, hardware and software integration, user interface design and end-user training programs to ensure that the IS team understands and translates business trends and needs into viable technology solutions to support Russell Reynolds 46 offices across the globe.
Kathleen has more than 20 years of experience in the development of complex client management applications and IT architecture, having spent the last 15 years in senior IT roles for major financial services institutions. Most recently, Kathleen was a Managing Director and the Head of Global Development for Citigroup’s Global Wealth Management Group, where she was responsible for the successful global rollout of the strategic client profiling and on-boarding platform at Citi Private Bank. Prior to that, she held roles of increasing responsibility at UBS, most recently serving as a Managing Director and Head of Front Office Technology for UBS Financial Services’ U.S. Wealth Management where she was responsible for all technology used by financial advisors and their clients. While at UBS, Kathleen served as Chief Architect. She also played a significant role in several acquisition integrations that were instrumental in building the organization’s current structure. Earlier in her career, Kathleen served as Project Manager for Smith Barney Shearson and spent her early years as a software developer.
Kathleen received her B.S. in mathematics and computer science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
