CIOmove 2019 Conference with the Columbia University Center for Technology Management

The CIOmove 2019 Conference took place from May 1 to May 4 in New York. On May 2, conference activities for Day 2 were hosted on the Columbia University campus by Dr. Arthur Langer, Director of the Columbia University Center for Technology Management and at the Sprint corporate office by Jan Geldmacher, President of Sprint. Participants visited the United Nations on May 3, where they discussed technology with Atefeh Riazi, UN CITO and Salem Avan, UN Director of Global Services Division during Day 3 of the event. Day 4 of the conference was held at the United States Military Academy at West Point on May 4. There, the technology leaders were welcomed by the Brigadier General and Dean of the US Military Academy. After a discussion about technology issues, participants were given a tour around WestPoint.

About CIOmove:  CIOmove originated in Europe and is an annual, international CIO conference. In the past five years, conferences have been held in Israel, Spain, the UK, France, Switzerland and Germany.
